Here's my Happy New Year-work for you! 
It was about time, 2013 kinda sucked, hopefully the new year will be more thrilling - at least that's my opinion. ^^
I wanted to try a new kind of Water Dragon (asian/european cross) with limbs redolent of both fins and wings. He does look curious, does he? Tell me what you think!
